      Some of the useful features are:

      Auto Install OR Manual Install New Accounts:
           ° With this setting, you can choose to either automatically install your customers accounts on your server or you can login
             to your ADMIN area and manually approve each order.  This is for companies who would like to screen their accounts
             for possible fraud or other things.

      †Domain Name Purchase:
           ° This option allows you to automatically register domain names when your customers buy them.  Additionally, the
              customer will be able to edit the contact information and other settings for their new domain name from within the client area!.

      †Integrated Help Desk:
           ° The helpdesk gives an easy access point for your customers and your technicians to communicate.  You can also assign
              any of your users the ability to view the helpdesk as an ADMIN so they can help resolve tickets!

      †Integrated Frequently Asked Questions Manager:
           ° The FAQ Manager allows you to post answers to the most commonly asked questions.  This enables you to reduce support
              tickets and give answers to your customers quickly.

      †Integrated News Manager:
           ° The News Manager allows you to post various announcements to your clients.  You can post "General News", "Updates"
              or "Technical Issues" and all will be displayed on your clients main page; just after they login.

      †Integrated Forums:
           ° The Forums option allows you to do two things.  1)  Automatically sign your new clients up for an account on your
              bulletin board forums as well as assign them a special "status", such as "Paid Customer" or "Client" so that you can determine
              who is a customer and who is not a customer on your forums.

      †Automated Email Reminders:
           ° Automated email reminders do several things for your company.  They will send an email to the client letting them know their
             service(s) will expire soon.  It will also suspend their account "X" number of days after payments are not made.  And it will also
             delete their account after "X" number of days with no payment.  Of course, you fill in the blanks for the "X" days!

      †Multiple Currencies:
           ° You can choose which currency you need to use.  It is as simple as selecting it from a drop down menu!

      †Multiple Payment Options:
           ° Choose how you would like to receive payments from your customers.  You can also choose to show 1 or more ways to pay!

      †Domain Name Pricing:
           ° Choose the amount to charge for new domain names.  For example, ".com" domains are $12.00 but ".net" domains are $15.00

      †Add Multiple Servers:
           ° You can have as many servers as you need.  Additionally, you can select which any hosting pack to install on any server!

      †Multiple Languages:
           ° Easily change or add new languages.  The clients can select which language they would like to use very easily.
